Flesh of The Cow! (plus flesh of the mushroom and flesh of the avocado)

I decided to put together a delightful spread for the family...or, to be honest, I decided to make as protein-heavy a meal as I could, which is pure self-interest.

The first thing to put together is the classic Swait avocado salad. Just avocados, tomatoes, raw onions, olive oil, and rice or cider vinegar. And a little salt and a lot of pepper.



Fried up some zucchini and mushrooms in a healthy bunch of butter.


Boiled some potatoes then skillet fried them in a parmesan-herb thing.


Finally, big chunk of cow, served rare.


Overall, a healthy and invigorating spread.
