Just before 11:00 am today, 22 March 2006, Bill Galvin of The Galvin Partership, representing Sea Containers Ltd, told me that last Friday the company put out a press release stating that the company will be late in filing its 8k and 10k and that full announcement of 2005 results will come some time in April.
I'm not disputing that Sea Containers put out the press release, but it's rather odd that no mention of it appears on their website for investor relations and that a Google news search reveals nothing about this, while yesterday's news about the retirement of James B. Sherwood, founder and chairman, appears in both places. Interesting.
