Mind Boggling

What can you say to something like this?

The 9th Circuit ruled that "parents are possessed of no constitutional right to prevent the public schools from providing information on sex to their students in any forum or manner they select."

So parents have no constitutional right to prevent the schools they pay for not only from teaching on a certain topic, but even the "manner or forum"? i.e. There's no say at all! Can't influence subject, can't influence methodology. Nifty.

Any more proof for the bankruptcy of the "public school" system needed?
