I was told to do this, so I did. I'll tell you, and maybe you will too. Go to Democrats.com and click on Kerry and Edwards plan for America (on the upper left). See what they have to say! After all, Kerry's "Got a Plan!" for just about everything. Shouldn't you know what it is?
